Our flagship sales training course is called “How to Hit 200% Sales Target in 30 Days” and aims to radically improve sales performance and ensure sustainable performance over the long term. It is a 2 day sales training program that develops both the high performance mindset – disciplines, attitudes and habits and the sales skills necessary to become a world class sales performer.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Regardless of the type of sales you do all trainees will complete the first sales mindset day and then choose ONE skills option for day two depending on what type of sales applies best to your company.

Course Overview:

Day 1: Sales Mindset: Trainees are taught specific principles in Neuroscience related to thought management and how to manage the outputs in their sales by managing their thinking, emotions, choices and actions. In order to develop a belief system that drives high performance trainees need to learn to override their current limiting beliefs which cause inaction, procrastination, fear and failure and replace these with the disciplines and habits that drive massive outputs in sales. This is a powerful day that establishes the behaviours that drive sustainable performance over the long term. 

Day 2: (Choose ONLY ONE sales skills option from below – companies will need to choose which form of sales skills applies to them)

Sales Skills B2B (If you are selling products or services to other companies): Trainees are taught the critical skills needed to operate in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing sales landscape. We cover everything from prospecting to cold calling, scripts, setting up appointments, overcoming objections, pitches, opening new client relationships, establishing yourself as a strategic partner to your clients, negotiating, closing techniques and much more.

Sales Skills B2C (If you are selling products or services to the end consumer but not in a call centre): Trainees are taught the critical skills required to engage with the customer in a way that quickly builds rapport, trust and credibility and how to quickly turn a lead into a closed sale. The day focusses on product, company, and individual differentiation, selling outcomes, features and benefits, understanding what the real product is, sales methodology, influencing clients positively to our solution, questioning techniques, uncovering buyer-need, overcoming objections, cross selling and upselling, and closing to name a few.

Telesales Sales Skills (If you are selling products or services to consumers in a call centre eg Insurance): The course focusses on developing the critical skills needed to close more sales in  call centre environment. We not only unpack the anatomy of the successful seller but thoroughly cover the key call centre sales skills needed to be successful at the highest levels in telesales including call planning, scripts, overcoming objections, reducing resistance, communication skills, aligning your intentions to the outcome of the sale, creating urgency, selling features & benefits, selling outcomes, problem solving, establishing buyer motive, selling possibilities, upselling, cross selling, closing techniques and much more.

30 Day High Performance Mindset Mentoring Program: Once the trainees have completed the training, all trainees are required to follow a 30 day work framework designed to support and reinforce the high performance mindsets and activity levels linked to 200% sales target.
