INTRODUCTION:

The world of sales has changed dramatically and what may have worked 5-10 years ago has become less effective in today’s sales landscape. This course is an intensive 2-day B2B sales program, which teaches trainees to operate successfully in today’s modern sales arena.

The course focusses on developing the full spectrum of B2B sales skills and the high-performance mindsets – disciplines, attitudes and habits – which the world’s top salespeople are using to consistently win more sales.

This sales program covers sales topics as broad as lead generation, prospecting, new business development, pitching, selling value, establishing differentiation, communicating features & benefits, sales processes, sales methodology, advanced sales techniques, sales pipeline management, account management, negotiating and closing techniques to mention a few. Incumbents are also taught how to build their own sales plan. 

Like all of our 2 Day training courses this course also includes a high performance mindset day. This is critical to generating the consistent high performance over the long term and includes topics such as re-calibrating expectations of performance, understanding the psychology of performance, embracing discomfort, overcoming resistance to change (homeostasis), metacognition, the importance of choice, thought & emotional management & emotional intelligence. Further more we also cover how to build high performance disciplines, attitudes and habits, overcoming the emotional blocks which prevent taking action and lead to procrastination, how to improve self esteem, and build confidence. This powerful day also includes aspects of identifying negative self talk and using positive affirmations for changing patterns of thinking, creating paradigm shifts and how to realise potential. 

This course has two key objectives:

1) Develop the sales skills and mindsets needed to perform at the highest levels in B2B sales.
2) Ensure consistency of this high performance over the long term.

Once training has been concluded all trainees are required to follow our 30-Day High Performance Mindset Mentoring Program. This is free of charge for everyone completing any of our 2-day courses. The objective of the mentoring program is to create the discipline around reinforcing the mental disciplines and habits that drive the right behaviours in sales and also to hold salespeople accountable to generating the right activity levels set during training and built into their sales plan.
