The world of sales has changed dramatically and what may have worked 5-10 years ago has become less effective in today’s sales landscape. This course is an intensive 2-day Telesales (Outbound) Call Centre sales program, which teaches trainees to operate successfully in today’s modern sales arena.
The course focusses on developing the full spectrum of call centre (outbound) sales skills and the high-performance mindsets – disciplines, attitudes and habits – which the world’s top call centre agents are using to consistently win more sales.
This course has two key objectives:
1) Develop the sales skills and mindsets needed to perform at the highest levels in sales.
2) Ensure consistency of this high performance over the long term.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS COURSE?
If you are selling a product or service directly to the consumer in a call centre and want to take your sales performance and consistency to the next level, then you need to attend this course.
This two-day course is conducted onsite at the client’s site and is tailored to their unique challenges.
Day 1: Sales Mindset Trainees are taught specific principles in Neuroscience related to thought management and how to manage the outputs in their sales by managing their thinking, emotions, choices and actions. In order to develop a belief system that drives high performance trainees need to learn to override their current limiting beliefs which cause inaction, procrastination, fear and failure and replace these with the disciplines and habits that drive massive outputs in sales. This is a powerful day that establishes the behaviours that drive sustainable performance over the long term.
Day 2: Call Centre (Outbound) Sales Skills Trainees are taught the critical skills needed to operate in today’s fast-paced and competitive telesales environment. We cover everything from buyer styles, connecting & building rapport with the clients fast, establishing trust and credibility, differentiators, selling value, taking the client on an emotional journey, customer experience, questioning techniques, overcoming objections, and closing.
30-DAY HIGH PERFORMANCE MINDSET MENTORING PROGRAM
Once training has been concluded all trainees are required to follow our 30-Day High Performance Mindset Mentoring Program. This is free of charge for everyone completing any of our 2-day courses. The objective of the mentoring program is to create the discipline around reinforcing the mental disciplines and habits that drive the right behaviours in sales and to hold salespeople accountable to generating the right activity levels set during training and built into their sales plan.
