Day 1: Sales Mindset: Trainees are taught how to build a set of high performance disciplines and habits so they become autonomous patterns of thinking and acting through the process we call sales. They are also taught how to overcome the emotional blocks that prevent us from taking action – fear, procrastination & failure. All theory is based around current Neuroscience principles.
Day 2: Sales Skills: Trainees are taught everything they need to know from prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, sales scripts, sales conversion ratios, pipeline management, account management, pitching, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing. Trainees also get to design their own sales plan and we teach them how to reverse engineer activity levels linked to 200% sales target.
30 Day High Performance Mindset Mentoring Program – Incumbents embark on a 30 Day High Performance mindset mentoring program, which holds them accountable to the activity levels required to perform at the highest levels in sales, and the emotional and mental states needed to sustain this kind of performance over the long term.
