What if we only have between 1-5 salespeople? The exciting part is you wont lose out. We recommend you join our public course version of this course. Once the training has been approved by the client, we will conduct a scoping session with the client and assess their specific challenges, issues and problems that they would like addressed during the training. We will then tailor the training as much as possible to meet the clients specific requirements within the context of the course. 

Yes we can certainly provide you with a certificate of completion should you request one. Please note we will only provide a digital copy of the certificate, but it will be set up for you to print and frame in colour)

B2C sales is different from B2B sales in that the sales cycles are generally shorter, the sales process focusses on the individual consumer rather that a company or business, there is also a focus on visual selling, emotional appeals, and sensory experience and the need to build immediate likeability, trust and credibility.
